4.1. What Premium Is

• Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features in Teem. It’s not required to use the app.

4.2. How Purchases Work

• You buy and manage Premium only through Apple App Store or Google Play (the Stores). We don’t accept payments directly and we don’t collect your card number or other payment details.

4.3. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation

• Premium renews automatically at the end of each paid period (weekly, monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

• You can cancel anytime in your Apple or Google account settings. After cancellation, you keep Premium until the end of the current paid period.

• The Stores may process renewal charges shortly before the period ends. To avoid renewal, cancel in advance as explained by your Store.

4.4. Free Trial

• If your plan includes a free or discounted trial, you’ll be charged at the regular price when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends in your Store account. If you purchase a paid plan during a trial, the remaining trial may end immediately.

4.5. Pricing, Taxes, and Changes

• Prices are shown in the app at purchase and may include taxes and fees set by the Store.

• We may change subscription prices in the future. The Stores will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent. If you don’t agree, cancel before the renewal date.

4.6. Refunds

• Refunds and chargebacks for Premium are handled by the Stores under their policies. Please submit refund requests through the Store where you purchased.

4.7. Family Sharing

• Premium subscriptions can’t be shared via Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library.

4.8. Feature Changes

• We may add, change, or remove Premium features over time. Your subscription gives access to a bundle of features, not to any specific feature permanently.

4.9. Ending Premium Access

• Premium access may end if you cancel in the Store, if a payment fails or is reversed by the Store, or if we suspend your account for violating these Terms.
